If you are getting tattooed or pierced please leave small children at home. Its nothing personal and kids are great but not in a tattoo shop we cant always keep an eye on them and even in a stoller they can pose as a distraction. So please plan accordingly.
We allow one friend to come along for moral support.
If you need touch ups you get one free touchup within the first year , you must let us know within 6 months if you will need the touchup.
A free touch up is only offered if the tattoo didn't heal properly. Example scabs got pulled off early or the tattoo its self healed unevenly .
You may reschedule your free touchup once withing 48 hours of the appointment. If you reschedule more then once you will be required to leave a non refundable deposit to book back in. Resulting in the touchup no longer being free.
(Deposits may very depending on artists)
If you fail to arrive or notify your artist prior that you will not make your free touchup, you will be required to pay a deposit of our studio min or setup fee to rebook you in.
You must have valid government issued photo identification.
We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18
No Exceptions
We want you to be able to make a level headed decision, which is why we will not tattoo or pierce you while you are drunk or high.
We will not tattoo Fingers, necks or hands, unless you are over the age of 23
or the face until 25 unless you are already heavily tattooed.
We will not tattoo someone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or anyone who thinks they may be pregnant. This is for the safety of the mother and child. Reactions to ink and jewelry (or anything else we may use) don’t happen very often, but the risk is still present. Allergic reactions to anything (like bananas for example) can very from mild itching to anaphylactic shock and even death. When you are pregnant, your body changes and you may have a reaction to something previously harmless. In addition, a tattoo or piercing is an open wound. If the tattoo or piercing becomes infected, you may be required to take an antibiotic to treat the infection. It is well known that anything the mother ingests will be passed on to the baby while pregnant and through her milk while breast feeding, and it can also interfere with the amount of milk you produce. Finally if you develop an infection then not only can your health be compromised but your baby’s health may be compromised as well.
No vaping in the shop, we have a space beside the studio for both vaping and smoking.
If you have any of these following conditions, please consult with your doctor and the artist or piercer before getting a tattoo or piercing. Hepatitis * Hemophilia * Aids/HIV * Epilepsy * Tuberculosis * Diabetes * Skin conditions (Psoriasis, Moles, Rashes, Scars, Acne, etc…) * Allergies (petroleum, latex, chemical cleaners, etc…) * Mental illness * Heart condition * or if you are taking prescription medication * Basically anything that could potentially cause problems with getting/healing a tattoo.
If you have any of the following we will not tattoo or pierce you until the condition has passed: Pneumonia * Influenza (Flu) * Mononucleosis * or Any other contagious illnesses that can be recovered from. Please wait till it has passed so you don’t pass it on to our staff and or other clients.
By sending us a deposit you automatically agree to all tattoo studio policy terms and conditions written below.
•A Deposit is required in order to schedule an appointment date.
• All deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable.
•You can reschedule your appointment date with 48 hour notice, but only up to 2 times before being required to leave a new deposit
•we may send an appointment confirmation message prior to your scheduled appointment time, if we don't hear back we will assume your not showing up. Friendly reminder our studio is appointment only.
•in the case you rescedule you must scedule a new date within 72 hours so we can make note of your deposit that way you don't loose it.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late or you cannot attend your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
•Deposit amount will be based on the total price of the tattoo. Each artist has a deposit amount the deposit will be deducted the day of your appointment, in the case where you have more then one session the deposit will go towards your final appointment
•in the case where you change your mind on the design discussed less then 72 hours before your appointment you may be asked to rescedule and or send a new deposit.
The requirement of a new deposit will be dependent on if your artist has already started working on, or has completed your drawing already.
*Please note. If you are sick or have a major emergency last minute we rather you let us know, even if it's under 24 hours. If you let us know we can rescedule you in once for this without losing your deposit. But keep in mind if you have this happen twice In a row you will lose your deposit.
•After 2 rescedules you will lose your deposit regardless of reason.
All tattoo designs are custom-created and require significant time, preparation, and artistic effort. To ensure quality work and fair use of the artist’s time, please review the following policy:
• Tattoo designs are normally only shown on the day of the scheduled appointment.
• Rough drafts or previews are not guaranteed and are only provided if requested in advance and if the artist agrees to do so.
• Your booking includes one initial design and up to one minor revision (small adjustments such as line thickness, minor sizing, or small detail edits).
• Additional revisions, major changes, or full redesign requests may require an additional design fee.
Major changes include, but are not limited to:
Changing the main concept or subject
- Significant style changes
- Redraws
- Multiple layout revisions
- Restarting the design after approval
Design Change Timeframe
Any requested design changes must be communicated at least 5–7 days before the appointment.
Requests made within this timeframe or at short notice may not be accommodated.
Rescheduling Notice
If multiple changes or major redesign requests are made too close to the appointment date, the artist may need to reschedule the appointment and if the drawing was already completed you may be required to leave another deposit to cover drawing time or ab additionalfee may be added to the final price of your appointment, the day of your appointment
(We reschedule to allow adequate time to complete the artwork properly.)
All design fees and deposits are non-refundable, as they cover time spent planning, drawing, and revising custom artwork.
This policy helps ensure every client receives a well-thought-out, high-quality tattoo while respecting the artist’s time and workflow helps ensure we can dedicate the appropriate time and focus to each client while maintaining a fair workflow.
No hate speech, harassment, body shaming or bullying will be tolerated in the studio. We strive to create a very safe, inclusive and welcoming space. All artists have the right to refuse to work with a client if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe, and if any poor behavior is exhibited then you may be refused service in the future.
