General Policy & Guidelines

If you are getting tattooed or pierced please leave small children at home. Its nothing personal and kids are great but not in a tattoo shop we cant always keep an eye on them and even in a stoller they can pose as a distraction. So please plan accordingly.

We allow one friend to come along for moral support.

If you need touch ups you get one free touchup within the first year after the date the tattoo was done.

You must have valid government issued photo identification.

We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 

No Exceptions

We want you to be able to make a level headed decision, which is why we will not tattoo or pierce you while you are drunk or high.

We will not tattoo Fingers, hands, or the face unless you are already heavily tattooed, or over the age of 25, No Exceptions .

We will not tattoo someone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or anyone who thinks they may be pregnant. This is for the safety of the mother and child. Reactions to ink and jewelry (or anything else we may use) don’t happen very often, but the risk is still present. Allergic reactions to anything (like strawberries for example) can very from mild itching to anaphylactic shock and even death. When you are pregnant, your body changes and you may have a reaction to something previously harmless. In addition, a tattoo or piercing is an open wound. If the tattoo or piercing becomes infected, you may be required to take an antibiotic to treat the infection. It is well known that anything the mother ingests will be passed on to the baby while pregnant and through her milk while breast feeding, and it can also interfere with the amount of milk you produce. Finally if you develop an infection then not only can your health be compromised but your baby’s health may be compromised as well.

No vaping in the shop, we have a space beside the studio for both vaping and smoking.

If you have any of these following conditions, please consult with your doctor and the artist or piercer before getting a tattoo or piercing. Hepatitis * Hemophilia * Aids/HIV * Epilepsy * Tuberculosis * Diabetes * Skin conditions (Psoriasis, Moles, Rashes, Scars, Acne, etc…) * Allergies (petroleum, latex, chemical cleaners, etc…) * Mental illness * Heart condition * or if you are taking prescription medication * Basically anything that could potentially cause problems with getting/healing a tattoo.

If you have any of the following we will not tattoo or pierce you until the condition has passed: Pneumonia * Influenza (Flu) * Mononucleosis * or Any other contagious illnesses that can be recovered from. Please wait till it has passed so you don’t pass it on to our staff and or other clients.

By sending us a deposit you automatically agree to all tattoo studio policy terms and conditions written below.

•A Deposit is required in order to schedule an appointment date.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-   transferable. 

•You can reschedule your appointment date with 48 hour notice, but only up to 2 times before being required to leave a new deposit

•we may send an appointment confirmation message prior to your scheduled appointment time, if we don't hear back we will assume your not showing up. Friendly reminder our studio is appointment only.

•in the case you rescedule you must scedule a new date within 72 hours so we can make note of your deposit that way you don't loose it.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late or you cannot attend your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. 

•Deposit amount will be based on the total price of the tattoo. Each artist has a deposit amount the deposit will be deducted the day of your appointment,  in the case where you have more then one session the deposit will go towards your final appointment 

•in the case where you change your mind on the design discussed less then 72 hours before your appointment you may be asked to rescedule and or send a new deposit. 

The requirement of a new deposit will be dependent on if your artist has already started working on, or has completed your drawing already.

*Please note. If you are sick or have a major emergency last minute we rather you let us know, even if it's under 24 hours. If you let us know we can rescedule you in once for this without losing your deposit. But keep in mind if you have this happen twice In a row you will lose your deposit. 

•After 2 rescedules you will lose your deposit regardless of reason. 

No hate speech, harassment, body shaming or bullying will be tolerated in the studio. We strive to create a very safe, inclusive and welcoming space. All artists have the right to refuse to work with a client if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe, and if any poor behavior is exhibited then you may be refused service in the future.
